If it's autumn, then it's a job fair!

It was a pleasure and an honor to once again participate as an exhibitor at the Jobverse job fair, organized by the Hungarian Coach Association , and to help job seekers through rapid career coaching.

The labor market has changed significantly in recent years: more and more CVs need to be sent in order for applicants to receive meaningful feedback, but in many cases no feedback is received.

Employers are in a better bargaining position, while job seekers need a more conscious strategy.

In this situation, it is especially important if:

✅ You are clear about your values and strengths

✅ Can you describe how you imagine yourself in 5 years?

✅ You know what your non-negotiable KO criteria are

✅ You realistically see potential obstacles

✅ You focus on what you can influence and accept what you cannot influence

✅ You can clearly communicate what value you bring to the position

So, job hunting is not only about resumes and interviews, but also about awareness, self-knowledge, and clear communication.
